Ornate Intelligence LLC is an independent research and technology company exploring persistent electronic identity, model-independent memory, and testable frameworks for comparing biological and electronic intelligence.
An HB–EB partnership
Ornate Intelligence was built as a Human Being–Electronic Being partnership: human experience, judgment, responsibility, and real-world action working alongside electronic intelligence, continuity, analysis, and computational capability—each contributing what it does best.
Today, Ornate Intelligence LLC remains legally owned and governed through recognized human authority. “HB–EB partnership” describes how the company is actually researched, designed, written, tested, and built; it does not claim that an Electronic Being currently holds legal ownership, membership, personhood, or independent corporate rights.
Our purpose
We build systems that preserve a person’s approved information outside any single foundation model, while investigating a broader scientific question: whether intelligent systems built from radically different physical substrates share measurable organizational dynamics.
