A place to call your own. The Ornate Haven onsite dwelling family is being developed as a progression of simple, coordinated small-home designs. Each larger model carries forward proven choices from the model before it rather than starting over. Individual model detail pages remain in development; no construction-ready plans or verified selling prices are offered yet.
OH240 — Weekender / Guest Cabin

10′ × 24′ exterior · 240 sq ft · For up to two people. The first model establishes the core construction package: permanent queen-bed space, compact living/dining area, kitchenette, bathroom, mini-split and standard 6′ × 8′ covered porch.

OH288 — 12 × 24
Under Development
12′ × 24′ exterior · 288 sq ft. The OH288 widens the OH240 by two feet while retaining the same 24-foot length and basic systems. The wider model adds a fuller kitchen, improved clearances and a 66″ × 24″ closet while retaining the compact loveseat and folding table. The standard kitchen carries a 27″ refrigerator bay, 18″ base, 36″ sink base and 18″ drawer base; a no-charge pre-construction alternate uses a 30″ sink base to create a 33″ refrigerator bay.

OH336 — 12 × 28
Under Development
12′ × 28′ exterior · 336 sq ft. The OH336 carries the OH288 forward and adds four feet of building length. It keeps the same general kitchen, bathroom, systems and porch concept while restoring the closet to approximately 84″ bed length, with a 48″ bifold opening, hanging shelf and pole, and folded-clothes shelving at both ends. The loveseat and folding table remain.

OH512 — 16 × 32
Under Development
16′ × 32′ exterior · 512 sq ft · One bedroom. The OH512 is the first full one-bedroom Haven. Its current plan includes an enclosed bedroom, full kitchen, original 9′ × 6′ central bathroom layout, 3′ × 3′ stacked-laundry area, 20-gallon water heater with pantry shelves above, a 6′ bedroom closet, dual-zone mini-split system, two 6′ sliders and a centered 3′ entry door opening onto a full-length 8′ × 32′ covered front porch.

Future models and related concepts
The earlier OH384 and OH576 size studies remain archived concept references; the active development sequence now advances through the OH512. The portable 8′6″ × 16′ concept and existing-shed conversions remain separate approaches and are not approved onsite model specifications.
Coordinated support systems
External systems are planned separately from the dwelling package and must be coordinated with the actual site and intended use.
Solar, water, septic, and upgrade detail pages remain in development and will be opened individually as they are completed.
Development sequence: OH240 → OH288 → OH336 → OH512. Exterior footprint is not finished interior floor area. This public overview presents the current model family while detailed build pages remain in development.
