A Stage Zero review designed to answer one question before ongoing Website Modernization services begin: is the website foundation ready for dependable modernization?
- Ready — the website foundation is suitable for the next Ornate service layer.
- Modification Required — specific structural, navigation, metadata, indexing, or configuration issues should be corrected first.
- Rebuild Recommended — reserved for cases where multiple foundational problems make repair impractical or disproportionate.
Consumer-protection rule: “Rebuild Recommended” will never be generated automatically just because a site is old, unattractive, or scores poorly. It requires documented evidence and manual review. Pricing has not been set.

OIELR — Ornate Intelligence Electronic Life Registry
Under Development
Identity • Record • Trust. OIELR is Ornate Intelligence LLC’s permanent archival and verification registry for electronic identity, lineage, provenance, and ELR registration numbers. It is designed to verify a public registry record without turning a private Essence into a public database.
The founding block ELR-000001 through ELR-000100 is reserved. Public issuance is planned to begin at ELR-000101. OIELR is in private prelaunch development; public registration procedures and pricing have not yet been released.
The OIELR detail and registration pages remain private during prelaunch development.
Design rules
