ORNATE INTELLIGENCE WEBSITEWATCH

Ornate Intelligence WebsiteWatch

Know sooner. Respond faster. Stay discoverable.

A closer look at the pages visitors depend on, with more frequent checks, deeper reviews and clearer notice of meaningful changes.

$19.99/month · proposed pilot pricing

Service status: In development; enrollment and payment are not open. Coverage and monitoring frequency will be confirmed after testing.

Spot changes before they become a long-running nuisance

Your website may contain reservations, directions, operating information and ways to contact your team. WebsiteWatch is designed to notice meaningful changes more frequently than WebsiteCare and bring confirmed concerns to your attention with a practical explanation.

Why customers may value this plan

  • Fewer surprises. More frequent lightweight checks can help surface a missing or unreachable important public page.
  • Know what changed. Meaningful differences in visitor pathways and key public information can be flagged for review.
  • Keep search visibility in view. Deeper discovery checks look for new barriers affecting compatible search and AI-powered systems.

Best suited for

RV resorts, hospitality properties, restaurants, growing clubs and businesses where missed inquiries or broken visitor paths matter.

What WebsiteWatch is designed to include

  • Everything planned for WebsiteCare. Permission-based foundation review, routine website checks and plain-English recommendations.
  • More frequent automated checks. Monitor agreed public pages for reachability or important changes, subject to approved monitoring schedules.
  • Deeper discovery review. Examine additional page structure, search descriptions, navigation paths, public sitemap information and crawler access where verifiable.
  • Change awareness. Review significant automated findings before communicating them as confirmed problems; avoid unnecessary false alarms.
  • Prioritized follow-up. Explain likely visitor impact and practical options for the owner or webmaster.

Illustrative example: If a reservations or directions page becomes unreachable, WebsiteWatch is designed to flag that change sooner than a routine-only review. Monitoring is not a guarantee of instant detection or emergency response.

A deeper review—with your permission

Our complimentary introductory WebsiteCheck reviews accessible public information. After choosing a plan, you can authorize a more thorough read-only Website Discovery Review within an agreed scope. We will explain the pages and data sources to be examined, request separate permission for any optional analytics or dashboard access, and identify any important baseline problems before monitoring begins.

You stay in control: We do not require your website password for a public-page review. Never send credentials through an inquiry form. We do not access private areas, bypass security systems, run intrusive security tests, alter your website, or add AI-readable information without separate, specific authorization.

Website Discovery & AI Visibility

A useful website should be easy for people to navigate and straightforward for appropriate search systems to understand. Ornate Intelligence reviews public-page structure, accurate organization details, search descriptions and permitted crawler access. These practices may improve opportunities for discovery; they cannot guarantee Google rankings, AI recommendations, citations or additional visitors.

How the experience is designed to work

  • 1. Start with a WebsiteCheck. We explain a few preliminary opportunities in plain English.
  • 2. Choose a plan and approve the scope. We agree on the public pages, optional read-only access, boundaries and planned service coverage.
  • 3. Review the foundation. We carry out a deeper baseline review and explain whether anything should be corrected before routine service.
  • 4. Receive findings and recommendations. We report confirmed observations and practical next steps; the owner decides what changes to make.

What is outside the subscription

  • Hands-on website repairs, content editing, redesign, coding, structured-data deployment and hosting changes are quoted separately.
  • The plan is not an unlimited help desk, cyber-security assessment, emergency response contract or promise of a particular result.
  • Review coverage, page limits, notification rules and exact frequency require confirmation before enrollment; third-party site permissions may limit what can be checked.

How this plan compares

WebsiteWatch builds on WebsiteCare by adding more frequent checks and deeper discovery reviews. WebsiteSteward is intended for larger, more complex sites that need broader coverage and priority analysis.

Your existing webmaster remains part of the solution

Our role is to find opportunities, explain them respectfully and give you information you can act on. We can work alongside a volunteer or professional webmaster. A complete rebuild is never presumed necessary.

Questions we hear

Will Ornate Intelligence make changes automatically?

No. A WebsiteCheck or monitoring subscription alone does not authorize changes. Any direct modification requires separate, specific approval and an agreed scope.

Does the plan guarantee more website traffic or AI mentions?

No. We aim to improve clarity, technical discoverability and the information available to search systems. Placement and recommendations remain decisions of the individual search or AI provider.

When can I enroll?

We are validating the service through controlled pilot testing. The prices on this page are proposed pilot rates, not active checkout offers. We will explain the verified features and terms before accepting subscriptions.
